Privacy Policy

Groundbreaker Access (access.groundbreakermarketing.com) is operated by Groundbreaker Marketing LLC ("we", "us"). It exists for one purpose: to let our clients grant our team access to the Google properties they choose, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.

Information we access

When you sign in with Google on this site, Google gives us a temporary sign-in token along with your email address. Depending on the permissions you approve, the tool uses that token, during your session only, to:

• list the Google Ads accounts, Google Analytics accounts, and Google Business Profiles your Google account can manage, so you can choose which to share;
• carry out the specific grants you tick: linking a Google Ads account to our agency manager account, adding our access account as a Google Analytics user, or inviting our access account as a Business Profile manager.

What we store

• Your Google sign-in credential is held in encrypted form for up to 7 days, only so we can retry a grant that failed on the first attempt. It is deleted as soon as your request completes successfully, and always within 7 days. We never receive or store your password.
• We keep a record of each completed grant: the date, your email address, which accounts you selected, and the result. We keep this so both sides have an audit trail of what was shared.
• A notification email with the same summary is sent to our team.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information or share it with third parties, other than the service providers that run this site (Cloudflare hosting and Resend email delivery).
• We do not use information obtained through Google APIs for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than performing the access grants you request.
• We do not read your campaign data, analytics data, or business data through this tool. It manages access only.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Everything this tool sets up can be undone by you: remove our manager link in Google Ads, remove our user in Google Analytics, or remove our manager in Business Profile settings. You can also revoke this site's own sign-in permission at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you would rather we do it, email us and we will remove ourselves promptly.
